The purpose of the digital transformation support for companies is to promote automation and the adoption of digital technologies and robots. The most important condition for applying for support is that the applicant must be a private legal entity registered in Estonia, whose average sales revenue for the two fiscal years preceding the application must be at least 200,000 euros. As a result of the support, the company must experience a reduction in the need for human intervention, improved supply chain efficiency, or digital maturity.
Our client for the digital transformation support application was Tennis Academy LLC, a tennis training provider operating in four locations: Rocca al Mare, Viimsi, Rakvere, and Peetri. Currently, the biggest problem for Tennis Academy LLC is the high administrative burden of managing training sessions, making it difficult to focus on its core business, i.e., racket sports training, and to carry out further expansion activities.
Consequently, Tennis Academy was interested in applying for digital transformation support to reduce its current inefficient administrative activities. The Haap team assisted the Tennis Academy team in preparing the digitalization roadmap report and related application materials (e.g., the “does not significantly harm” assessment) for the digital transformation support application round.
Our collaboration was successful, and as a result, Tennis Academy raised 300 thousand euros from the joint institution of EAS and KredEx for the digitalization of its processes, which will create a digital interface for managing the processes of Tennis Academy LLC.
