The application created by PDF Generator API (operating under the business name Actual Reports) optimizes the workflow of companies by allowing their clients to modify sent documents (such as delivery notes, reports, etc.) according to their own needs. This means that clients no longer need to turn to the supplier with specific document requirements — which would create extra work — but can instead make the necessary changes themselves. This ensures a more efficient and faster workflow for all parties involved.
Actual Reports OÜ was established on July 20, 2012, and is also available for trading on the Funderbeam platform. The company currently has over 1000 clients worldwide, and more than 95% of its revenue comes from exports.
To continue product development, the Actual Reports team wanted to apply for product development support from the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency (EISA). Since Haap Consulting had previously helped them apply for a development voucher grant, our team was invited to assist again. Together, we prepared the necessary project plan, financial forecasts, activity plan, and other documents required for the funding application.
Our collaboration with EISA was very successful, and Actual Reports received nearly 200,000 euros to further develop their interface. They will share more details about their new plans themselves.
