Iie-Mall Püüa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Semiotics and Cultural Theory from the University of Tartu and a Master’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Tsukuba in Japan. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Interaction Design at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
She lived in Japan for 10 years, where she worked in qualitative consumer and user research, advising Western companies on the specific characteristics of the local market. Iie-Mall is interested in design, co-creation, and user experience design.
At Haap, Iie-Mall works as Head of Operations and Research.
